How do you measure success?

What's the typical engagement length?
Pro is month-to-month with no contract. Accelerate is a six-month minimum because real leadership development takes time. Ultimate is a quarterly commitment so we can do real strategic work, not just put out fires.
Do you work with remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. Most of the work happens over Zoom and Slack. The onsite and shadow days in Pro and Accelerate are coordinated around your team's actual schedule, in-office days, or quarterly offsites.
Can we customize a plan?
